Nancy Lobato Attorney at Law

Nancy is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin. She has successfully represented clients with a wide range of immigration needs including consular issues, family immigration, and immigration litigation. She is fluent in Spanish. Nancy has been involved with several bar associations, state bar committees, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her education and career Nancy always understood that helping her community is an opportunity for growth, and that it helps you to better understand how you fit into the world around you. Nancy loves practicing immigration law because it allows her to help others achieve their professional and personal dreams. Nancy has provided pro bono legal representation to indigent foreign nationals including victims of domestic violence, asylum applicants, and several deportees who risked separation from U.S. citizen family members. She has volunteered for Volunteer Legal Services, the Hispanic Bar Association, American Gateways, to name a few.
